Turning Recycled Plastic into Synthetic Oil to start next year

Agilyx has found a way to turn recycled plastics back into there original form of crude oil. large scale efforts will begin with four plastic-to-oil plants by the end of next year and will be selling the synthetic crude oil to oil refiners.  It will take 8.5-10 pounds of plastic to produce 1 gallon of the synthetic crude oil. While 7% of the worlds oil supply is being used for plastics, refining the plastic into oil will not replace the need for crude oil.
